Fred Harteis posted a statement at the IBOAI blog regarding his name being erroneously attached to a class action lawsuit filed by Orrin Woodward, Chris Brady and other TEAM members in the state of California that was recently dismissed.
Mr. Harteis appears to have suffered from damage to his reputation because of the lawsuit filed with [...]

TEAM has been dealt a deadly blow today by a California court. Their lawsuit was dismissed and Quixtar has quickly claimed a huge win in a case that has brought nationwide attention. However, after reading the court’s decision it is quite apparent that their decision to dismiss was based almost entirely on the fact that [...]

Here is a letter received by an IBO who has an upline member terminating their business. It seems Quixtar is very concerned with IBO’s being solicited to join another company - which could be a very valid concern. However, as a business owner I can attest to the fact that the best way to keep [...]

An e-mail went out today to Quixtar IBO’s threatening them with punishment if they partake in a function that does not discuss the Quixtar business directly. Below is a copy of the e-mail message. It’s not clear which IBO’s were sent this message or if it went to everyone. But the mention of open meetings [...]

Don Wilson and Randy Haugen have asked to withdraw from the lawsuit. This is not making things look very promising for the TEAM founders’ lawsuit against Quixtar/Alticor. Perhaps this abandonment [...]

The example given on that post is for paper products and compares the top of the [...]

Here is a very funny video comparison of Quixtar product prices versus Meijer (a supercenter chain similar to Wal-Mart). I say funny because of the guys accent, I’m not sure if it is real or not but I know for a fact the price comparison is. It truly is amazing that people will spend such [...]

TEAM had filed a temporary restraining order against Quixtar in Texas and it was granted September 4, pending a hearing for Quixtar to argue against it on September 18.
The text of this TRO is quite damning to Quixtar and essentially says they cannot say anything even remotely negative, directly or indirectly to any TEAM affiliated [...]

I just read a funny post over at another blog and it pertains to the teachings of one particular TEAM group and it’s unfortunate implications. If you haven’t had a good laugh today, be sure to check it out.
For those of you not familiar with TEAM, they are a training organization for Alticor’s Quixtar/Amway network [...]
