I know what you mean about the regular TV's they usually have. I remember during the 2005 blitz the Wal-Mart I worked at had one full semi trailer full of regular tv's. I picked one up on my way out for under $100 and it had a built in dvd player and a flat screen.

But all the rage now is the LCD and Plasma flat panel televisions. Honestly, I'll wait until they come down in price some more.

Brian,

I noticed bfads.net had mentioned that there were 30 items from the
circular that were the same price online. I really don't understand why Wal-Mart wouldn't mention that to try to ease congestion in their stores by shifting more sales online.
Having been a former Wal-Mart manager I can tell you their ways have never made sense.
So, I have to ask.... are you going to the store early in the morning to get the dvd and coffee maker?

Hey, has anyone else realized that many of the "sale items" listed in the Wal-Mart Black Friday ad are already listed at that price on their web-site? And, the web-site says "IN MANY STORES." Does that mean I can already buy them at that price? If so, the flyer is misleading, because it makes one think you are getting a bargain by getting up that early. I was just like you, and I had a laundry list of stuff I wanted to get, such as the $20.00 Shop-Vac, the HP Deskjet F2110 All-in-One Printer for $34.00 and the Lexmark X3430 All-in-One Printer for $25.00. But, if you go to Walmart.com and look them up they already show at these prices. In fact, the only two items I found on the flyer that I wanted, and were different, were 40 Year-old Virgin DVD and the Black & Decker Programmable Coffee Maker. What's up with that?
