A Kent county judge ruled today that former IBO’s in the TEAM training organization did not violate an earlier restraining order issued by Quixtar. Alticor/Quixtar/Amway accused the TEAM leadership of continuing to use proprietary company information, but the judge said the company failed to make a case.
