How I Make Money Marketing Credit Cards Online
Apr 30th, 2007 by Shaun Carter
One of my first forays into making money online was through a program called CashFlowFromCreditCards.com. CFFCC puts together a credit card comparison website for you to market through offline channels, Google Adwords, and various other promotional methods. The domain I use for my credit card site is InstantCredit.cc and it has generated an eCPM of nearly $100 since inception. These revenues are accrued from referral commissions for every credit card that is signed up for and approved through my site as well as earnings from the YPN ads I have running along the left sidebar.
The credit card industry generates billions and billions of dollars in commission revenue every year - there are more than 1 Billion credit cards in circulation today. Some of these card companies pay commissions of $100 per approval.
It’s so easy for me to hand out business cards with my credit card URL to people I know and even those I don’t. Many people struggling with credit card debt can be benefited by comparing 0% APR offers online rather than hoping to get an offer in the mail. They can literally save hundreds or thousands of dollars per month in interest charges by having a comparison resource available.
There are many niches to focus and advertise in with a credit card comparison website. Student cards, business cards, 0% balance transfer, low interest, no annual fee, cash back and many many other categories. InstantCredit.cc was my first and is still my best earning website.
